Acoustics & vibrations lab
ECTS: 4
Department: MP
Degree level: 2nd year of Bachelor
Hours: 21h (6x3,5h)
Instructor: Laure PETIT
Learning objectives
Work on the mechanical and acoustic vibrations of a system:
- know the sensors;
- choose the signal acquisition and processing parameters;
- display spectrum;
- use a sound level meter or a microphone in order to work on a sound (sound level, frequencies);
- carry on vibration measurements with different sensors in order to determine the mechanical characteristics of a system (Young's modulus, modes);
- calculate regulatory indicators.
