Course topics
Be able to perform the following analysis analyses in compliance with rules pertaining to quality: dosage of an ose (glucose), determination of the molar mass and the insaturation number of a fatty acid (oleic acid), dissociation and dosage of an amino acid (glycine), extraction of a protein (albumin), by affinity chromatography and dosage by molecular absorption spectrophotometry, Enzyme kinetics of alkaline phosphatase with determination of Km and Vmax and determination of pH and temperature influence.
