VOCATIONAL DEGREES
The Institute of Technology offer 3 vocational degrees, which are sandwich courses (alternating formal teaching and work experience) with a variety of major subjects (either industry or service sector-related). There are agreements between companies and the IUT.
ABF Vocational bachelor’s degree (INSURANCE, BANKING, FINANCE: ACCOUNT MANAGER)
Goals
Aims
This vocational bachelor’s degree is designed to train students from a variety of backgrounds, including BTS NDRC, MCO, Bachelor business, BUT2 TC, GEA, GACO. It's a 1-year course at bachelor, and is accessible after a Bac +21, in particular from BUT TC, GEA, GACO, BTS MCO - NDRC - SAM, L2 economics and management or AES.

1 Note: Bac + 2 means a student has completed two years of higher education after taking his/her baccalaureate.

Aims
The aim of this vocational degree is to train students from a variety of courses, such as BTS in Building, BTS in Construction Studies and Economics, BTS in Wood Construction Systems and NDRC in Housing, etc., to become Construction Supervisors. This is a 1-year course to bachelor. It’s accessible after a Bac +2 in civil engineering, BTS in building or construction economics, or BTS in wood and housing construction systems.
Accessibility
This vocational bachelor’s degree is available under: apprenticeship contract, professionalization contract, continuing education.
Acquisitions
To take this course, you need to have a taste for managing teams in order to carry out projects in compliance with current technical standards and customer expectations, and an interest in building and civil engineering.

BUILDING SITE ORGANIZATION - Planning a building site and monitoring its progress using a software package specifically designed for single-family homes (PROGEMI).

BUILDING LAW - Analysis of different regulations (SCOT, PLU, etc.), study of different applications depending on the type of operation to be carried out (planning permission, building permit, demolition permit).

ANALYSIS, BALANCE SHEET AND SITE MONITORING - Financial monitoring of the site on the customer's and subcontractor's side.

TECHNICAL SALES

Aims
The aim of this vocational degree is to train students from a variety of courses such as technical BTS, BUT2 GMP, GEII, MP, GB or a technical licence 2 and BTS TC, MCO, NDRC or BUT2 TC, GEA, GACO, etc. Also, students from BTS in the secondary sector, i.e. Electrical Engineering, Transport and Logistics, M.A.I., A.V.A., Technical Sales, M.I, from L2 Sciences and Technologies, CPGE. This is a 1-year course at bac+3 level, and is also open to students with a licence pro.

To follow this course, you need to have a taste for customer relations and an interest in prospecting and negotiation. You also need to be curious, ambitious and enjoy taking on challenges of all kinds.
